You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjle account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All deposits on the betjle Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betjle supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. betjle reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at its sole discretion with notice provided via the Platform.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day. betjle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All funds deposited to your betjle Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. betjle prohibits the use of third-party payment methods. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betjle does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any foreign currency transactions will be converted to BDT at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.
Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed the betjle KYC verification process and have a verified payment method registered to your Account. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalised.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
betjle aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. betjle is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. betjle reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, your real-money balance may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied or the bonus is forfeited. You may choose to forfeit an active bonus via your Account settings to release your withdrawable balance.
betjle offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
Not all games on the betjle Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the requirement. betjle strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, and collusion between players to exploit promotional offers. betjle reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings from any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your Account balance. Expired bonuses cannot be reissued or extended.
All bets and wagers placed on betjle are final once confirmed. betjle does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet or wager except in circumstances where betjle determines that a clear technical error has occurred.
Sports betting markets on betjle are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and event type. In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, betjle reserves the right to void all associated bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. betjle's decisions on the settlement of all sports betting markets are final.
All casino games on the betjle Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — operate on software certified by the respective game providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNGs). betjle accepts no liability for technical malfunctions within third-party game software, though every effort will be made to resolve such issues promptly and fairly.

Where changes are material, betjle will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betjle's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
betjle's internal dispute resolution process requires that you first submit a written complaint to [email protected]. betjle will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days. Only where internal resolution is not achieved should formal legal proceedings be initiated.
